Welcome to mobilemondaysummit.eu ("service"), an online service of Mobile Monday.
   Your use of the service will be subject to the terms of this Terms of Use agreement. The TUS may change from time to time. Use of service after a change will subject you to the new terms. This Web site is provided to you "as is" by Mobile Monday (Mobile Monday). Mobile Monday reserves the rigt to modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of this web site at any time without notice or liability.
   This web site contains links to other web sites that contain additional TUS. Your use of Mobile Monday web sites shall also subject you to the TUS of each of those sites. To the extent that the TUS on any Mobile Monday web site conflicts with any terms and condition contained herein, the TUS of such site shall control. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service since a violation of ther terms can lead to legal liability. Participation and Conduct During the term of this agreement, Mobile Monday grants to you a terminable at will non-exclusive license to use and display the service, and to download materials available through the service, all solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Mobile Monday also reserves the right to edit or modify any submissions in response to requests for feedback or other commentary.
   Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mobile Monday is not obligated to take any such actions, and will not be responsible or liable for content posted by any subscriber in any forum, message board, or other area within the service. Registration data you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the web site's registration form. If we have reason to believe that you have failed to do so, we may suspend or terminate your account, and refuse or terminate any current or future use of the site or any Mobile Monday service.

You may not modify the content or re-publish, re-transmit, or otherwise distribute directly or via links any Content to any third person except for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the license granted above. It is understood that some of the content appearing on the site is news and as such releases are not obtained from individuals or entities for the use of the name, likeness, or trademarks. It is your sole obligation to determine if your uses require releases or permission, and to obtain the necessary releases. The message boards on these web sites may contain material that has been copied from another individual or entity. Please contact us if you believe someone has posted copyrighted information on a message board contained on these web sites.
